Kevin and Sam are taking the same courses this semester. They are talking about the upcoming midterm exams during a recess.

Sam: Hey, Kevin, you look bothered. What’s up?
Kevin: I’m really worried about the midterm exams.
Sam: midterms start next week, so we still got time.
Kevin: But I have so many things to do other than studying.
Sam: Oh, do you still have the part-time job?
Kevin: yeah, plus, I have to take care of my sick dog.
Sam: Don’t worry, man. I’ll help you. I’ll lend you my summary notes.
Kevin: Really? But you’ll need it, too.
Sam: I’ll make a copy of it for you after school.
Kevin: that will be a huge help! Thanks, Sam!
Sam: Don’t mention it. That’s what friends are for!

샘: 어이, 캐빈, 기분이 언짢아 보인다. 무슨 일이야?
캐빈: 중간고사가 너무 걱정된다.
샘: 음, 중간고사는 다음주부터 시작이니까 아직 시간이 있잖아.
캐빈: 하지만 난 공부 이외에도 할 일이 너무나 많아.
샘: 아, 아직도 파트타임으로 일하니?
캐빈: 그래. 게다가, 내 아픈 개도 돌봐야 한다고.
샘: 걱정 마, 친구. 내가 도와줄게. 내 요약 노트를 빌려줄게.
캐빈: 정말? 하지만 너도 필요할 텐데.
샘: 방과 후에 복사해줄게.
캐빈: 정말 큰 도움이 되겠다! 고맙다, 샘!
샘: 별말을 다하네. 친구 좋다는 게 뭐냐!
