Rachel’s older sister Mandy has given birth to twin brothers. So Rachel goes to the hospital to see them.

Rachel: Wow! They are so lovely, Mandy! Congratulations!
Mandy: Thanks. I’m glad they are healthy.
Rachel: Do these little ones have names?
Mandy: This one is named Josh, and that one is named Peter.
Rachel: Hello, Josh and Peter! This is aunty Rachel~ You guys are so adorable.
Mandy: Yeah, they are beautiful, but I’m going to have a hard time taking care of them.
Rachel: I’ll help you out. Just call me any time when you need my help.
Mandy: Thanks. But still, it’s not going to be easy.
Rachel: Don’t say that. Kids bring happiness and laughter. Hey, when are you going to have the third one?
Mandy: Bite your tongue! I’m not going to have the third one. Twins are already hard enough for me to raise!
