Currently Cindy is studying in LA and living alone. Tomorrow is her birthday. So her elder sister Lauren is calling Cindy.
Lauren: Cindy, happy birthday! I wish you were here with us.
Cindy: Thanks, Lauren. I wish I were with you, too.
Lauren: So, what are you going to do on your birthday?
Cindy: I don? know. Maybe I?l just stay home and watch TV.
Lauren: What? What happened to your boyfriend?
Cindy: Ugh, don? even call him my boyfriend. He gets in my hair all the time!
Lauren: Hmm... I thought he was a nice guy.
Cindy: I thought so, too. But he turned out to be a jerk!
Lauren: Really? Does he often get on your nerves?
Cindy: Yeah! He always depends on me and can? decide anything by himself. He asks me what to do, where to go, what to eat and even what to wear!

신디: 모르겠어. 그냥 집에 있으면서 TV나 볼까봐.

로렌: 정말? 널 자주 짜증나게 해?
신디: 그래! 언제나 나한테 기대고 스스로 어떤 것도 결정하지 못해. 나한테 뭘 할지, 어디를 갈지, 뭘 먹을지, 심지어 뭘 입을 지까지 물어본다니까!
로렌: 이런! 여자친구 대신에 엄마가 필요하구나.
신디: 그렇다니까! 난 그의 엄마가 되는 건 싫다고.
